Many thanks to Chris and Rose for yesterday’s coastal foraging course. Your combined knowledge at being able to identify edible seaweed and plants was such a joy. We have learnt so much and it will be fun going on walks and knowing we can collect ‘food’ from the seashore and fields. Made my court bouillon with some of the collected seaweed and cooked our lobster in it. Thoroughly enjoyed our day and would recommend it to everyone…..you will be surprised at what you can learn!!
