I found the most perfect HUGE penny bun yesterday! Wild mushroom ravioli for supper today.
I would come in a flash but I suspect that two coastal foraging courses in one month is a bit excessive. You will be pleased to know we have been eating/storing pineappleweed, chickweed, rowan, rosehip, comfrey, fat hen, brambles and hogweed seeds. I am hoping that the upside of the wet weekend will be fungi !

Hi Gillie, It’s great to know how much foraging you are doing!! The fungi have begun! we are making wild mushroom pate for a party tonight.
The snails are out after the rain so we are hoping for a better fungi forage today!
