Wild Food, Foraging & Cooking Courses
Our hedgerows and woodlands are full of edible treats. Learn which ones make a tasty salad, which ones flavour ice cream, which mushrooms grow where. We have 1 and 2 day courses on seasonal foraging and wild food cookery.
Artisan Food Courses
These day courses are your chance to learn some of the most amazing food skills: how to butcher a deer into joints, sausages and more, how to create sour dough and other breads, or down on the farm, how to milk goats and make cheese.
These courses are run at many different venues and are all based around food, craft or the outdoors. Follow the link to find out more about the current available courses. Places are strictly limited on the extra courses, so book now!
& Fishing Courses
Discover the wide variety of fish, seaweed, shellfish and coastal wild edibles around our shores. We have courses on the rocky coast of North Yorkshire and the sandy shores of Cumbria - both are stunning places in which to learn.

Chris from Taste the wild was asked to join BBC news reporter Jenny Hill for a bit of foraging and cooking in the woods.
